Who We Are
The Palm Bay View Owners Association Committee is elected by the owners to represent the interests of our community. Our role is to oversee the smooth running of the site, manage budgets, ensure essential services are maintained, and plan for future improvements. We work closely with our management company, Calendar Property Services, to address maintenance needs, resolve concerns, and protect the long-term value of Palm Bay View. Above all, our responsibility is to act in the best interest of all owners, ensuring transparency, fairness, and a high standard of living for everyone in our community.
